The contemporary dealership at Fareham, Hampshire was purpose-built as a Vauxhall franchise business and having first opened its doors for business in 1998, celebrated its 10th anniversary the same year that the Eden company was born.
The dealership's significance to the Vauxhall retail network is reflected in the fact that it was officially opened by Nick Reilly, Managing Director of Vauxhall Motors. Since then, it has had a number of parent companies and has traded under the well known Wadham Kenning name and more recently it was part of Inchcape Plc.
However, the dealership's customer-focused approach as well as a high number of its staff has remained the same over the years. In fact, the average length of service is nine years - almost as long as the dealership itself.
