Customer Contact Centre Operative


We currently require an outgoing and dedicated operative to work in our small Customer Operative Centre based at Eden Reading.

The Job

Contacting customers by telephone and email to book in Services, MOT's; publicising promotional events; conducting customer satisfaction surveys.

The Hours

25 hours per week: 2pm to 7pm five days per week (including a Saturday on a rota basis with a day off through the week).

The Skills

Must have good PC skills, be able to use databases; be confident dealing with customers; a good team worker; prior experience in a call centre environment would be a distinct advantage.

The Salary

Competitive salary plus up to £5k commission per annum. Company uniform. Free Parking. Great staff deals available on new and used vehicles and servicing.
