Network Q Ownership Promise
Before any Network Q car appears on our forecourt, a comprehensive range of checks are undertaken.
Including:
- Car identity: the details of your car are checked to ensure they match the manufacturer's description and the details originally recorded by the DVLA
- Outstanding finance: your car is checked to ensure that it is not subject to any outstanding finance agreement
- Never written off: checks establish that your car has never been subject to a total loss claim i.e. written off by an insurance company following major damage or theft
- Stolen cars: your car is checked to ensure that it is not recorded by the Police as stolen or missing
- Mileage: the vehicle is checked to verify the recorded mileage
- Vauxhall Recall Register: if your Network Q car is a Vauxhall, it is checked against the Vauxhall Recall Register to make sure any necessary work has been correctly carried out
In the unlikely event that the vehicle details given in the Network Q Ownership Promise are subsequently found to be incorrect, the supplying Network Q Retailer will replace your vehicle with a similar model within 30 days, or if this is not possible, offer you a full refund. This is providing the discrepancy is notified in writing to the Network Q retailer within 30 days of taking delivery of the vehicle. The Network Q Ownership Promise is in addition to your legal rights and does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
