Before you visit us, it’s worth ensuring you’re eligible to join Motability.
If you claim any of the below, you’re eligible for the scheme, it really is that simple:-
- Higher Rate Mobility Component of the Disability Living Allowance
- War Pensioners’ Mobility Supplement
Simply exchange all or part of your allowance (currently around £46 a week for DLA or around £50 a week if you receive the War Pensioners’ Mobility Supplement) for your brand new car. Quite simply, you can transfer your allowance to pay for the monthly lease of a new car on the Motability Scheme. Don’t worry if you don’t drive, you can nominate two drivers.

All you need do is come and talk to our Motability specialist and test drive some of our cars to find the one that’s right for you. And once you’ve decided on the car you’d like, bring us your
- Driving license or that of any planned drivers
- Letter of award entitlement
- Proof of your address (such as a recent utility bill)
No further assessments are required. Simply call Motability on 0800 093 1000 to receive an application pack, and then visit one of our Vauxhall Eden dealerships to complete the simple online application process. Motability customers collecting their car make use of an e-signature in the form of a unique, one-off Personal Identification Number (PIN). E-signatures replace the requirement for written signatures throughout the documents involved in the car handover process, making it quicker and easier to complete.
In addition to saving time, e-signatures also mean that there are no more application rejections due to administrative mistakes on the application forms, such as forgetting to sign one page of a document.
