The Insignia Incognito!
You could well see the Insignia before it debuts at the British Motor Show on 22nd July but chances are you may not recognise it as Vauxhall’s new mid-size car!
The prototypes have been given an ‘ugly’ facelift for when the car is tested on public roads which will disguise its highly attractive, completely new body line and sculptural design.
Around 200 test cars received the camouflage treatment which has included covers, special adhesive and foil, and foam in the run-up to series production. Even the body is coloured rounded, fish-shaped diamonds designed to confuse camera lenses and spying eyes.
Of course, the easiest way to see the new Insignia is to visit the Vauxhall stand at the British Motor Show in the summer.
